Custom & Personalized Products Policy
At ZHARAI ,each personalized item is carefully made to order. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Personalized Items
Personalized products include, but are not limited to:
- Names
- Dates
- Initials
- Custom phrases
- Custom engraved designs
❌ Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of these items:
- Personalized products are final sale.
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted on personalized items once the order has been processed or engraved.
- Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase, only if the item has not yet entered production.
🔍 Review of Personalization Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Carefully review spelling, dates, and personalization details before submitting the order.
- ZHARAI is not responsible for errors made by the customer in the personalization information provided.
⚠️ Exceptions
Replacements or resolutions will only be offered in the event of:
- An engraving error made by ZHARAI.
- A manufacturing defect.
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item to be eligible for review.
⏳ Production Time
- Personalized items require a production time of 7–14 business days.
- Production time does not include shipping time.

Once the order has shipped:
- ZHARAI is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
